How can I change or reset my account password?
If you’re logged into your account:
You can update your account password at any time from within your account Settings. To access your account settings, click on your Account tile in the bottom left corner of the screen. Next, click the blue “Change Password” button in the top right corner of the screen. You’ll be prompted to enter your existing password before adding your new password. Click save changes and your new password is now active!
If you’re unable to log into your account:
Click the Forgot Password link on your login page. Next, you’ll be asked to enter your account email address. After submitting your request, we’ll send instructions for resetting your password directly to your inbox.
If you don’t know your account email address:
You’ll need to reach out to the individual who invited you to your account to have your password reset. For instructions on assisting with password reset for accounts you've created, click here.
