Account Dashboard and Shop Home

When you log into your account, the first page you see is your Account Dashboard. This serves as your central overview of how all of your shops are performing combined.

If you select a specific shop under My Shops, you’ll be taken to that shop’s Shop Home — which displays the same metrics as the Account Dashboard, but scoped only to that shop.

What the Dashboard & Shop Home Show

These pages provide a quick snapshot of your business performance across all shops (or per shop), including:

  • Web traffic for your shops

  • Conversion performance (e.g. how many visitors become customers)

  • Total sales across shops or per individual shop

  • Your commissions earned

Using your dashboard often helps you stay on top of shop health and spot opportunities for improvements or growth.

When to Use Account Dashboard vs Shop Home

  • Use Account Dashboard to view aggregate data across all your shops.

  • Use Shop Home when you want to focus on a single shop’s performance, compare shops individually, or evaluate the impact of shop-specific changes (design updates, pricing, product offerings, etc.).

Switching between shops is done via My Shops, by selecting a shop. Once selected, metrics and performance data will reflect that shop only.

Why This Matters

Regularly reviewing your dashboard helps you:

  • Monitor real-time performance across multiple shops

  • Compare traffic, sales, and conversion trends

  • Identify underperforming shops or areas that need optimization

  • Evaluate the impact of changes (e.g. new products, pricing rules, marketing efforts) on individual shops or your overall account

This visibility supports smarter decisions and more strategic shop management.
