How to View Orders

Orders placed through your shops are recorded in real time, giving you instant visibility into customer activity and performance.

You can review order details at any time from the Reporting section of your account.

How to Access Order Reports

  1. Click Reporting in the left navigation menu.

  2. Navigate to the Order Reports section.

  3. Choose one of the available reports:

    • Orders by Date

    • Orders by Shop

Orders by Date

The Orders by Date report lists individual orders based on the date range you select.

This report is ideal when you want a chronological view of activity or need to review specific orders within a timeframe.

From this report, you can access detailed information for each order, including:

  • Customer name

  • Order date and time

  • Items included in the order

  • Shipping address

  • Customer email address

  • Email send history

Selecting an order will open the full Order Details view.

Orders by Shop

The Orders by Shop report displays orders grouped by the shop where they were placed.

This view is useful for:

  • Tracking performance across multiple shops

  • Comparing order volume by shop

  • Reviewing activity within a specific storefront

Net Sales Note

Net Sales totals in this report do not account for promotional discounts — including Kickstart promotions — because promotions are applied at the order level rather than per product or shop.

If you need a consistent pre-discount comparison, use the Subtotal field where available.

Customize Your Order Reports

You can adjust how reports display using the controls at the top of the reporting screen:

  • Date Range — Filter orders by timeframe using the selector in the top-right corner.

  • Column Visibility — Show or hide available fields depending on what data you want to review.

  • Sorting — Click any column header to reorder results.

Some fields may not appear by default but can be added through the Column Visibility menu.

Exporting Orders

To download order data:

  1. Open the desired order report.

  2. Click Export to Excel at the top of the report.

Exports generate a CSV file that can be opened in spreadsheet tools for deeper analysis or record keeping.
