My Shops
The My Shops section of your account is your hub for building and managing shops.
New shops can be created at any time by clicking the Create Shop button on the My Shops page. If you have Onboarding turned on in your account, you’ll be walked through the shop creation process step-by-step.
From within My Shops, you can also access every shop you’ve created to view their performance, or manage your products, pricing, or designs.
Your shops are organized into one of two folders – Active or Inactive. Your Active shops are those that are open for business. Your Inactive shops are not publicly visible.
You’ll be viewing your Active shops by default, but if you’d like to review an inactive shop, you can switch your view at the top of the screen to either Inactive or All.
Once you’ve selected a shop, the actions you take throughout the platform will only affect that shop. You can see the shop you’ve selected displayed in the top left corner of your account to verify you’re making changes in the right place.
You can return to your account view & make account level changes at any time by clicking the Return to Dashboard button at the bottom of your left navigation.
