Product Packaging

The packaging used to protect your customers’ orders in transit depends on the product type. Some items — particularly delicate or breakable ones — need more protective packaging than others.

Please note: Orders ship without packing slips or receipts. Customers should use their order confirmation email for order details.

Below is a description of the different packaging types and when each is used.

Packaging Types & Use Cases

Poly-Mailer Bags

  • Used for items that are soft, flexible, or durable enough to ship without rigid protection.

  • Typical products include apparel, towels, blankets, bags, or smaller multi-piece orders.

  • If an order includes items needing more protection (e.g. mugs), those items are individually packaged first before consolidation, so they’re not just thrown into a poly bag.

Cardboard Hat Boxes

  • Used for hats.

  • Each hat ships in its own protective cardboard box with air pillows to prevent damage.

  • Up to 5 hats may be packed into a single box.

  • If hats are ordered alongside other items, the hat box is packed separately before the overall consolidation.

Bubble-Mailer Envelopes

  • Used for small, fragile or thin items that need more padding than a poly bag — e.g. ornaments, coasters, luggage tags.

  • Bubble-mailers are used whenever these items are ordered alone or along with other items; the items are individually placed in the bubble envelope before any consolidation.

Protective Mug Packaging

  • All 11 oz and 15 oz ceramic mugs ship in individual cardboard mug boxes with proprietary plastic inserts for shock protection.

  • Dimensions:

    • 11 oz mug box: 6.0″ × 5.0″ × 3.8″

    • 15 oz mug box: 6.75″ × 5.75″ × 4.5″

  • If mugs are ordered with other items, they are individually boxed first, then consolidated when feasible.

Corrugated Cardboard Boxes (Full Boxes)

  • Used for larger multi-item orders or orders containing items that cannot fit safely in a poly bag or mailer.

  • All individually packaged items (e.g. mugs, hats) are boxed first; then those boxes plus any “loose” items are put into a larger corrugated carton for shipping.

  • The box size depends on the overall order volume and product dimensions.
