Product Packaging

The packaging used to keep your customers' orders safe in transit varies from product to product. Products that are more fragile may need more protective packaging than more durable products.

Please note that all orders ship without packing slips or receipts. Customers should refer to their order confirmation emails for order details.

Below, you’ll find useful information about each of our packaging types.

Poly-Mailer Bags

Poly-Mailer Bags vary in size, with the most appropriate size selected for each individual order. Items listed below are not packaged individually prior to consolidation. Products that use this packaging:
  • Apparel
  • Towels
  • Blankets
  • Bags
  • Smaller multi-piece orders

Within multi-piece orders, products not listed above will be placed in their product-specific packaging prior to consolidation. For example, an order for 2 mugs may be consolidated into a poly-mailer bag but will still be safely packaged individually to prevent damage in transit. 

Cardboard Hat Boxes:

All Hats are shipped within protective cardboard boxes with air pillows to prevent product damage in transit.

Up to 5 hats may be included in 1 box. When hats ship with other items, they will be placed within a hat box prior to consolidation.

Bubble Mailer Envelopes:

Bubble Mailer envelopes are protective envelopes with an inner layer of bubble wrap to protect contents from damage in transit. Products shipped in bubble mailer envelopes include:

  • Ornaments
  • Coasters
  • Luggage Tags

When these products are shipped with other items, they will be placed in bubble mailer envelopes prior to consolidation.

Protective Mug Packaging

All 11oz & 15oz Ceramic Mugs are shipped in individual cardboard boxes with proprietary plastic inserts to protect each mug from damage in transit. 

  • 11oz Mug Box Dimensions: 6.0″ x 5.0″ x 3.8″
    • This includes the Enamel Camping Mug
  • 15oz Mug Box Dimensions: 6.75″ x 5.75″ x 4.5″

When mugs are shipped with other items, they will be individually packaged prior to consolidation.

Corrugated Cardboard Box

Larger multi-piece orders that are unable to fit in a poly mailer bag will be shipped in cardboard boxes. All products with individual packaging will be placed in their product-specific packaging prior to consolidation.

Box dimensions vary based on the size of the order.
