What are the production and shipping turnaround times?

Total delivery time is a combination of production time (making your items) plus shipping time (transit delivery).

1. Production Times (Making Your Order)

We pride ourselves on speed. In fact, our average production time is just 1.5 days across hundreds of thousands of orders.

• Standard Orders: Typically produced within 1-3 business days.
• Bulk Orders (12+ units): May take up to 5 business days.
• Peak Seasons: Production times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as back-to-school and the winter holidays.

2. Shipping Times (Transit)

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location within the continental United States and the method chosen.
• Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, Amazon Shipping, UPS, and OSM (a USPS-approved consolidator). 

⚠️ Important Notes on Expedited Shipping:

• Selecting an expedited shipping method does not speed up production time. It only fast-tracks the transit time once the carrier picks up your package.
• While we work hard to get orders out the door immediately, we cannot strictly guarantee delivery dates once an order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
