What are the production and shipping turnaround times?
How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time combines production time (making your items) and shipping time (transit after handoff to the carrier). For most orders, expect production within 1–2 business days and delivery within 2–8 business days after shipment.
1. Production times (making your order)
Our average production time is 1–2 business days — check our website for the most current figures as volumes and capacity are updated regularly.
- Standard Orders: Typically produced within 1–2 business days.
- Larger Quantity Orders: Orders with higher quantities may take up to 5 business days depending on volume and product type.
- Peak Seasons: Production times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as back-to-school and the winter holidays.
2. Shipping times (transit)
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location within the continental United States and the shipping method chosen. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, please contact our support team for options.
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, Amazon Shipping, UPS, and OSM (a USPS-approved consolidator).
⚠️ Important Notes on Expedited Shipping:
- Selecting an expedited shipping method does not speed up production time. It only fast-tracks the transit time once the carrier picks up your package. Expedited shipping options (such as 2-day or overnight) are available at checkout and apply to transit time only — your order will still go through the standard production queue.
- While we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once your package is with the carrier. If your shipment is delayed, please reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help.
