Data and Reporting
The Reporting section gives you real-time insight into performance for all your shops — or a specific shop, if selected. It’s your go-to place for sales, orders, customer data, traffic, and exports.
How to Access Reports
-
From your account dashboard, click Reporting in the left navigation menu.
-
If you want shop-specific data: first go to My Shops → select the desired shop → then click Reporting.
-
All reports are updated live. As soon as a customer places an order, it will appear immediately across relevant reports.
Filters, Date Ranges & Exports
-
Use the Column Visibility filters or adjust the date range (top right corner) to customize which data columns or time windows you see.
-
You can export any report to CSV (via “Export to Excel”) for use in spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel for deeper analysis.

Why Reporting Matters
-
Enables real-time tracking of sales, orders, traffic, and customer data — no delay.

Lets you analyze performance by product, shop, or timeframe, useful for marketing, inventory planning, and promotions.
-
Provides exportable data so you can run deeper analyses — understand profit margins, product performance, customer behavior, and more.
-
Supports multi-shop management — compare shops, aggregate across shops, or zoom in on a single shop’s performance.
