The Reporting section gives you real-time visibility into sales performance, profits, orders, customers, and traffic across your shops.
Reports update live — as soon as an order is placed, it appears across relevant reports.
Depending on your access level, you may see reports at the site, directory, or shop level.
How to Access Reports
From your account dashboard:

Click Reporting in the left navigation menu.

To view reporting for a specific shop or directory:

Go to My Shops

Select the desired location

Click Reporting

Enterprise users may see Directory-level reporting, which groups shops into folders for organization and analysis.
Customize Your View
Each report includes tools to refine your data:

Column Visibility — Show or hide fields.

Date Range — Filter results by timeframe.

Export to Excel — Download CSV files for deeper analysis.
Sales Reports
Sales Reports provide aggregated sales totals and order counts across different views.
Sales by Date
Aggregated sales totals and order count grouped by date.
Includes Net Sales and Order Total values.
Sales by Directory (Enterprise Only)
Aggregated sales totals for child directories within the current level.
Directories function as folders that organize groups of shops. This report is only available to enterprise users at the site level.
Net Sales values in this report do not reflect promotional discounts.
Sales by Product
Aggregated sales totals and order counts grouped by product.
Net Sales does not reflect promotional discounts because promotions are applied at the order level.
Sales by Shop
Aggregated sales totals and order counts grouped by shop.
Net Sales does not reflect promotional discounts because promotions are applied at the order level.
Order Reports
Orders by Date
Chronological list of orders grouped by creation date.
Orders by Shop
Orders grouped by shop.
Specialty Reports
Customers by Shop
Customer sales and email opt-in data by shop.
Includes customers who:

Placed an order, or
-
Opted into email communications — even without a purchase.
Profit by Payable
Aggregated profit details grouped by payable.

Users can only see payables they own or have permission to view.
Traffic by Date

Exports provide downloadable data formatted for spreadsheet analysis.

Different reports display totals in different ways depending on how data is calculated.
Subtotal
Product total before discounts, tax, or shipping.
Net Sales
Product total after discounts but before tax and shipping.
Net Sales is accurate in:

Net Sales may not reflect promotional discounts in:

This happens because promotions are applied at the order level rather than per product.
Order Total

| Order Total | Final order total after discounts, tax, and shipping |
| Payable ID | Unique ID assigned to each payable |
| Payable Name | Name of the payee receiving Base Profit or Markup |
| Promo Discounts | Promotional discounts applied at checkout |
| Shipping | Total shipping cost paid at checkout |
| Subtotal | Product total before discounts, tax, or shipping |
| Tax | Total tax collected at checkout based on shipping address |
| Total Discounts | Combined Wholesale and Promo Discounts |
