Shipping

Your customers can have their orders shipped anywhere in the United States and Canada.

We charge a flat rate shipping cost for the first item in every order, with the shipping cost of any additional items determined dynamically based on the total weight of the package. Your customer will pay any applicable shipping cost at checkout based on the destination address entered at checkout and the shipping method selected.

Below, you will find a list of the shipping methods available to customers, along with details about the shipping cost, estimated time in transit, and courier used for each method.

Domestic Economy Shipping:

  • $7.50 First Item Shipping Cost within the Contiguous US
  • $13.50 First Item Shipping to Hawaii/Alaska/US Territories
  • 4-6 Business Days transit time (on average) within the Contiguous US
  • 7-15 Business Days transit time (on average) to Hawaii/Alaska/US Territories
  • Utilizes a combination of OSM, UPS Mail Innovation, and USPS shipping
  • Delivery Monday through Saturday
  • Final Delivery performed by USPS

Ground Shipping (Contiguous US Only):

  • $10.95 First Item Shipping Cost
  • 1-6 Business Days transit time (depending on proximity to Detroit, MI)
  • Utilizes UPS Ground
  • Delivery Monday through Friday
  • No Delivery to PO Boxes

2nd Day Air (US Only):

  • $22.75 First Item Shipping Cost
  • 2 Business Days transit time
  • Utilizes UPS 2nd Day Air
  • Delivery Monday through Friday
  • No Delivery to PO Boxes

Overnight Air (US Only):

  • $35.00 First Item Shipping Cost
  • 1 Business Day transit time 
  • Utilizes UPS Overnight
  • Delivery Monday through Friday
  • No Delivery to PO Boxes

International Economy Shipping (Canada Only):

  • $16.14 First Item Shipping Cost
  • 7-15 Business Days transit time (on average)
  • Utilizes UPS International Mail Innovations
  • Delivery Monday through Saturday
  • Final Delivery with Canada Post

Please note that selecting an expedited shipping option will not  expedite order fulfillment. Transit time begins when the carrier picks up your customer's order from our facility in Detroit, MI and ends when the order is delivered to their delivery location.

The total time it takes to receive an order is based upon several factors, including the production time to customize the products, the customer's delivery address, and the freight service selected at check out.

Delivery services, including time in transit range estimates are set by the carriers and may vary. We are not responsible for delays in transit, and do not provide credits, refunds or exchanges for late orders caused by the carrier.
