You shop settings streamline the customization of the shop's appearance and access settings.
This page allows Shop Owners to configure basic shop details like Shop Name and URL slug, select primary and neutral colors for their products, and manage advanced options such as setting a shop password.
Your shop settings page is also where you can deactivate your shop if you'd like to take it offline.
Please note: shop settings can only be managed by the user who created that particular shop. If you are a Shop Administrator, please note that the Shop Creator responsible for the shop must manage its settings.
While URL slugs can be edited, the entire shop URL cannot be modified. If you'd prefer to utilize your own domain for your shops, please reach out to our support team to discuss our enterprise solution. If that doesn't sound right for you, you may prefer utilizing 301 redirects from your custom URL to your shops.
