What if my customer made a mistake when they entered their email but now they need a replacement?
If your customer needs a replacement or encounters any issues with their order, please direct them to contact our customer service team. They can contact us directly using the email linked on your website footer or within their order confirmation email.
If your customer entered an incorrect email address at checkout, they will not have received their order confirmation or a link to our customer service portal, but you can still direct them to contact us at the customer service email linked within your website's footer.
If your customer would like to receive a copy of their email confirmation, we suggest sending yourself a copy of their order confirmation email and forwarding it to the customer's correct email address.
