Why are blank products showing in my storefront?
Blank products appear in your storefront when an active Shop Color has no designs permitted to display on it. This happens when a design is excluded from a garment color that is still selected as a Shop Color.
For example, if you selected White, Forest Green, and Navy as your shop colors, then uploaded a White logo, you may have chosen to Exclude that design from being displayed on white garments. However, your shop colors are still telling your store to display white garments, just without designs.
How do I fix blank products in my storefront?
To resolve blank products, choose one of the following options:
- Add a design that is permitted to display on the excluded garment color.
- Remove the color as a Shop Color by following the steps below.
How to remove a color from Shop Colors
- Click Settings in the left navigation menu.
- In your shop settings, locate the Shop Colors displayed at the top of the page.
- Click the color you want to deselect — it will move back to the list of unselected colors below.
To deselect a color, simply click on it & it will return to the list of unselected colors below.
