How To Set Up Your Account
For Shop Creators:
Now that you’ve received your account invitation email, you’re ready to get started.
Reset Your Password:
The invitation you received includes your account email and a temporary password for your first login.
The first time you log into your account, you can reset your password by clicking your account email in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Learn About the Platform and Start Creating:
Our onboarding experience will connect you with content to help you get to know the ins and outs of the platform and guide you through the creation of your first shop. The onboarding experience will remain active until you decide you’re an expert, at which point you can turn it off by clicking the “Expert” link below the onboarding module. As you complete the actions in our onboarding module, be sure to click Home in the left navigation menu to return to onboarding.

You can always access additional help articles from our knowledge base by clicking the Help link in the top right corner of each page or navigating to the Help Center in the left navigation menu.
For Shop Administrators:
Once your account request has been validated, you will receive an invitation to activate your account.

Create Accounts for Your Team:
When members of your team create their shops, you will gain insight into their shop creation and sales activity to help you eliminate administrative tasks and focus on earning revenue.
