What are the recommended design file specs?
The recommended design file specs for DIGISOFT® — Bespoke Labs' proprietary next-generation digital print technology — are a PNG with a transparent background, 11" wide x 13" tall, 300 DPI resolution, and the sRGB color profile. PNG with a transparent background delivers the highest-fidelity output.
JPG, SVG, and PDF files are also accepted. JPG files do not support transparent backgrounds, so any solid-color background will appear on the finished product. SVG and PDF files are rasterized automatically on upload — ensure all text is outlined and artwork is at 300 DPI equivalent or higher before exporting to preserve full print fidelity.

Design files are not reviewed automatically at upload. To ensure your finished product meets DIGISOFT® quality standards, confirm your file meets all specifications above before submitting — insufficient resolution or a solid-color background will carry through to the decorated product exactly as supplied.
