What file type should I use?

What are the recommended design file specs?

For the best mockup generation and print quality, use the following file specs. While we accept several file types (such as PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF), these specifications produce the best results:

  • Transparent PNG image
  • 11" wide x 13" tall
  • 300 DPI resolution
  • sRGB color profile

Please note: Designs are not reviewed automatically during or after upload. To ensure the best results for your customers, verify that your file meets the specifications above before uploading — designs with low resolution or a solid-color background will appear that way on finished products.
