This guide will walk you through a quick overview of the platform so you can start using it right away.

1. Access Your Dashboard

When you log into your account, you'll be taken to your administrative dashboard. This will provide a preview of the performance of all your shops. To create a new shop, click “My Shops” in the left navigation menu, then click “Create Shop”.

2. Create Your Shop

  • Step 1: Name your shop.

  • Step 2: Select the product colors you’d like to offer. Ensure the colors complement your logo for the best results.

  • Step 3: Upload a high-resolution transparent PNG design. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Step 4: Launch your shop by clicking “Launch”. This will generate a unique URL for your shop and open it for business.

To view your shop, click the launch icon in the top left corner of the screen.

3. Your Shop’s Product Catalog

Your shop is automatically populated with hundreds of popular products, all featuring your logo. These include a wide range of items across various categories, such as apparel, drinkware, home & office items, bags, jackets, and more.

Each shop is mobile-friendly and designed to convert. Within your storefront, shoppers can:

  • Customize product colors and placements, with live mockups showing in real time

  • Confidently select the correct size with integrated size charts

4. Pricing and Wholesale Discounts

Pricing includes product, print, and fulfillment costs. Your clients will appreciate our Mix & Max wholesale feature, which offers automatic discounts starting at just 10 units. The discount is based on the total items ordered, allowing clients to mix and match different products to maximize savings.

Checkout is simple, with dynamic shipping rates and support for PayPal and all major credit cards.

5. Managing Your Shop Dashboard

Visit your shop dashboard to manage:

  • Your product catalog

  • Pricing

  • Featured products

  • Fundraising markups
